92 Honda Prelude or 97 Eclipse Gs-T Which is Better?
I want to buy a new car and well i can decide both cars look so nice and both are fast but which one would be the best to get i like racing but i would rather have a reliable car rather than a fast car, so what do you think which one would be more reliable but would be also fast i can going to spend money on the car in performance and looks but as far as stock goes i have read that the eclipse have bad motors problems from time to time and honda run for virtually ever…but hondas are heavy compared to eclipses which i dont like but insurance wise eclipse are ******* expensive on that, i like both cars very much but i just cant decide so please help me i can buy 1 or the other like right now but i cant decide on which would be a better car for me…
i can get the prelude for around 3k and the gs-t for 4k forgot to add that in there
Wow, its obivous lol. Get the “turbo” eclipse GS-T… Put around another 2k-3k, easy 300whp. But yes, insurance is going to be a little bit more than the honda prelude. But the prelude doesn’t come turbo’d. If you want reliable car, maintain is the keyword. Just keep on maintaining it properly and it will last a lot. You can never go wrong with the GST, and especially you won’t regret it. Plus honda prelude would be a pita if your going to hook it up. You’ll be spending over 5k on turbo kit and tuning alone. Plus your pushing a N/A engine as well that wasn’t built for turbo. So reliablitiy goes down. Unless you just want to add bolt ons, but wouldn’t make big differences in speed.
